To submit a claim for the LG Second Year Promise program please complete the form below. The LG Second Year Promise program coverage begins on the first day of the 13th month of device ownership.

Before submitting your claim, please review your shipping address and make any necessary changes. If you need further assistance, you can reach our Second Year Promise Customer Support Team 7-days a week 7:00am to midnight CST by calling (888) 545-4492 or by emailing support@LGPromise.com.

A replacement device will be shipped to you at the address provided in your claim. Please note that, if no new devices are available, you may receive an equivalent re-conditioned or refurbished device.

Remember, you can only claim on this site during the second year of ownership.
