To register for the LG Second Year Promise program please complete the form below. Please follow the instructions on the form carefully to ensure that your registration is processed accurately and without delay.

To be eligible for the LG Second Year Promise program you must register your LG device within the first 90 days of purchase.


Your IMEI/MEID# can be found on the product box near the UPC code. It can also be found on your device by going into Settings > About Phone > Status. Please do not include any spaces or dashes when inputting your information. Please see below for your carrier specific IMEI/MEID# instructions:

  • AT&T, Project Fi, T-Mobile and Verizon Customers: Your IMEI# is 15 digits
  • Sprint Customers: Your MEID HEX# is 14 digits
  • ACG Customers: Your IMEI# is 14 or 15 digits
  • US Cellular, Other Carriers and Unlocked devices (including Amazon Prime): Your IMEI# is 14 digits

Please upload a picture of your store receipt that shows the store where you purchased your LG device, the purchase price, the purchase date and the IMEI number of your device (if applicable).
